Cancellation Policies

24 hour notice is required to cancel an appointment, or a $25 fee applies.

All clients are seen by scheduled appointment. Please call ahead to book. Due to the busy nature of the clinic, follow up calls are not always made to confirm.

Refunds are not processed

Exchange of services may be made, there are no expiry dates, transfers are honored.

Take the 401 & exit Brock Road (Pickering) Go North to Kingston Road - Left at Kingston Road approximately 3 blocks, when you see the green road sign "Valley Farm Road 300m" turn right into the strip plaza (#1550 Kingston Road) See BN Natural Food store, Clinic is inside store at the rear.

Take 401 & exit Liberty Street (Bowmanville) Go North to King Street and turn right - go about 3.5 blocks see Foodland plaza on right and park in the lot... see BN Natural Foods storefront - clinic is inside store at the rear.
